Introductory Classes - Fixed Term Billing
Introductory Classes (Fixed-Term Quarter) are prepaid through Jumbula, our third-party billing platform. A deposit is required to confirm enrollment and is accepted on a first-paid basis. Once paid, your deposit guarantees your class spot.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date. Cancelled sessions cannot be applied toward future classes or other Leg Up programs.
Students must have an active payment method on file with Jumbula. Missed payments will incur a $35 fee.
Lesson Program - Semester Enrollment Billing
Students must have an active payment method on file. Those enrolled in the Leg Up Semester Program may choose monthly payments. Tuition is auto-billed via ACH or credit card on the 10th of each month, billed in advance. Late, declined, or missed payments will incur a $35 fee.
Enrollment Continuation
Students who complete a full semester may continue enrollment with monthly billing at the same rate for the remainder of the current school year.
Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel enrollment any time after completing the semester term (20 scheduled lessons) by providing 30 days written or email notice, given at least three scheduled class weeks in advance. Leg Up will pro-rate the final three classes at the single lesson rate of $68 per class from the date of cancellation.
Early Termination
Students enrolled in the Semester Program commit to an initial 6-month term (minimum 20 scheduled lessons). If canceled before the end of this term, an early termination fee of $275 will apply.
Gap Enrollment Policy
Students who withdraw mid-term for any reason will be charged the full $275 early cancellation fee. If the student returns to the same class within 8 calendar weeks, they will receive a one-time $100 credit upon re-enrollment. Students returning after 8 weeks will not receive credit for the early termination fee and are not guaranteed re-enrollment in the same Lesson Program class.
