Teaching requires us to be effective communicators: the ability to translate complex concepts into smaller, more attainable goals and objectives. Teaching also requires us to be effective listeners: to understand our students and their personal learning styles.

Leg Up Equestrian's innovative curriculum and teaching methods lay the foundation for our unique equestrian education programs and riding lessons. Our Instructors receive continuing education and professional development through hands on coursework, workshops, coaching, and 1-on-1 mentoring. As a leader in our industry, Leg Up's Instructor training programs are also offered to other equine professionals through seminars and weekend workshops.
